Use this guide to send the same WhatsApp message to every reachable member of one list.
Before you start
Lists must be switched on, and your organisation must have outbound WhatsApp enabled. If it is not enabled, the dialog says Only email is available — WhatsApp is not enabled for your organisation.
The send uses the whole visible list at that moment. Member filters and ticked rows do not narrow it. There is no bulk SMS and no shared group chat.
Check the recipients
Open Lists, then open the list.
Select Bulk email. This opens the shared Message list dialog.
Select WhatsApp.
Read the coverage count, such as 3 of 5 members can receive this WhatsApp message.
Check the amber panel. It names members with no usable UK mobile number who will be skipped.
A client who belongs through several cases is messaged once. Members hidden from you by client or case privacy are excluded.
Write and send
Enter the Message. There is no subject or merge field, so use wording that makes sense unchanged for everyone.
Check the number on Send to … members.
Select the button.
Each recipient gets an individual WhatsApp contact. Replies and delivery updates stay in that client's own conversation.
Read the summary
Accepted by the WhatsApp provider means the provider took the message; it does not prove delivery or reading.
The summary can also name:
clients sent the message by email fallback;
sends suppressed by messaging rules;
failed sends and their reasons;
members skipped because they had no usable mobile;
members not attempted if WhatsApp was switched off during the send.
Open each client's Outreach tab when you need to confirm delivery, reading or a reply.
