How do I make something a ‘Key event’?

Making something a 'Key event' pins it to the summary tab, so is useful to keep vital events clearly available.

Method One: While you are creating the event

  1. Select the client 🧑 from the 'Clients' tab you would like to create a ‘Key event’ for

  2. Head to the ‘Client Record’ tab

  3. Select ‘Create’ 👇 sin the top right corner

  4. Create a Contact, Note, or Action

  5. Scroll down and select the star icon (it will then turn yellow)

  6. 'Save' the event ✅

  7. It is now a ‘Key event’ and will be visible on the 'Summary' page for the client! 🎉


Method Two: Once the event has already been created

  1. Head to the ‘Client Record’ tab

  2. Select the event 👇 you would like to star as a ‘Key event’

  3. Select the three dots 👇 in the top right corner

  4. Select ‘Edit’ 👇

  5. Scroll down and select the select the star icon (it will then turn yellow)

  6. 'Save' the edit ✅

  7. It is now a ‘Key event’! 🎉


Where has my ‘Key event’ gone?


Under the ‘Client records’ tab

  • A ‘Key event’ can be identified by the star in the right-hand corner of the event
