How do I create a client appointment?

There are two ways to create an appointment Via the ā€˜Calendar’ tab or Via the ā€˜Client Records’ tab. The below guide walks you through how to do both.

Method One: From the Calendar tab

  1. Head to the ā€˜Calendar’ tab šŸ“… on the left-hand side

  2. Select ā€˜Create’ šŸ‘‡ in the top right-hand corner or simply click on the calendar šŸ‘‡ when you would like the appointment to take place

  3. Select ā€˜Client appointment’ šŸ‘‡

  4. Search for the client you would like to make an appointment with and choose the ā€˜Title’ and ā€˜Date’ āœļø of the appointment. Remember to choose the Client Case as well.

  5. If you would like to add any notes about the appointment, scroll down and select the blue ā€˜+’ next to ā€˜Notes’

  6. Scroll down and type your note āœļø
    ​

  7. If you would like to edit the booking confirmation email, select the ā€˜+’ next to ā€˜Booking confirmation’
    ​

  8. To select when you would like the booking reminder to be sent (if you would like one to be sent), select the ā€˜+’ next to ā€˜Booking reminder’ and select the down arrow, if you would like to customise the message, select ā€˜customise message’

  9. When finished, select ā€˜Save’ āœ… in the top right-hand corner

  10. You have created an appointment! šŸŽ‰


Method Two: Client records tab

  1. Select the patient you would like to schedule an appointment for by selecting their name on the 'Clients' tab

  2. Head to the ā€˜Client Case’ you are working with

  3. Hover over the ā€˜Create New’ šŸ‘‡ button in the top right-hand corner and select ā€˜Appointment’ šŸ‘‡

  4. Title your appointment and write any notes āœļø as you see fit

  5. Select the date and time of the appointment šŸ“… and then select how long the appointment will be

  6. Select ā€˜Save’ āœ…

  7. This appointment will now show up on your calendar! šŸŽ‰
