π Note: Managing an appointment status looks a little different depending on the status of the appointment. Here you can find how to manage the appointment if the appointment is either scheduled or incomplete.

How to mark an appointment status
If it is a: Scheduled appointment
An appointment is considered βscheduledβ if it is upcoming
Click on the scheduled appointment π you would like to update (You can do this in the client record or on the calendar)
βIn the top right-hand corner select the ββ¦β button π
βSelect how you would like to update the appointment Calendar (as attended, no show, or cancelled by client
4. This will update the appointment from within the calendar
5. You have updated your appointment from within the calendar! π

You can also edit it from within the Client record:
Find the appointment π you scheduled
You then need to select the status and you can change it from the default to any of the statuses listed on the drop down menu
βOnce you select an update, a page will pop up for you to add any notes (as below) βοΈ
βSelect βSaveβ β
You have updated the status of your appointment! π
If it is an: Incomplete appointment
An appointment is considered incomplete if the appointment time has passed and the status has not yet been updated
Click on the incomplete (yellowβ οΈ) appointment you would like to update
Select one of the three options on the right to update the status of the appointment
β Mark the appointment as attended
π« Mark the appointment as a no show
π€ Mark the appointment as cancelled by client
3. Once you select an update, a page will pop up for you to add any notes βοΈ about the appointment
4. Select βSaveβ β
5. You have updated the status of your appointment! π
Follow-up actions after marking the appointment
Changing the appointment status
Select the appointment π you would like to change the status for
Click on the ββ¦β button π in the top right-hand corner
βSelect the updated appointment status π
βSelect βSaveβ β
You have updated the appointment status! π
Rescheduling a cancelled or no-show appointment
To reschedule an appointment, the appointment must be marked either as a no-show or cancelled
Once the appointment has either been marked as a no-show or cancelled, select the appointment
The sidebar will pop up and you can select the calendar icon π
βSelect a new time for the appointment β°
βSelect βSaveβ β
βYou have rescheduled the appointment! π
Deleting a cancelled or no-show appointment
πNote: If you delete an appointment, the notes and information attached to it will also be deleted!
To delete an appointment, the appointment must be marked either as a no-show or cancelled
Once the appointment has either been marked as a no-show or cancelled, select the appointment π
The sidebar will pop up and you can select the bin iconποΈ
βSelect βYes, deleteβ β to confirm
You have deleted the appointment! π
Creating a follow-up appointment
To create a follow-up appointment, the appointment must be marked as attended (see above)
Once the appointment has been marked as attended, select the appointment π
The sidebar will pop up and you can select the calendar icon π
βSearch for the client π you would like to make an appointment with and fill the βTitleβ and βDateβ of the appointment
βIf you would like to add any notes about the appointment, scroll down and select the blue β+β next to βNotesβ
βScroll down and type your note βοΈ
When finished, select βSaveβ β in the top right-hand corner
You have created a follow-up appointment! π
