🚀 Improvements

Case Management Software

  • WorkWell Form Enhancements

    • Default settings now align better with intended usage for a smoother experience.

  • Client Cases

    • You can now open a client record directly from the Clinical System tab 🖱️.

    • Improved error handling for a more stable experience ⚙️.

  • EMIS Consultations

    • We've added clearer messaging when a consultation exceeds the 6,000-character limit for filing back to EMIS 📝.

  • Insights

    • You can now download MYCaW® data directly from Insights 📊.


🐛 Bug Fixes

Case Management Software

  • Client Cases (rolling out gradually)

    • ✅ Fixed: Filtering by staff member not returning all relevant client cases associated with the staff member

    • ✅ Fixed: Filter usability issues

    • ✅ Fixed: Error handling on select forms

    • ✅ Fixed: Bulk upload functionality issues

  • Insights & Dashboard

    • ✅ Fixed: Raw download sheet showing outdated statuses

    • ✅ Fixed: MYCaW®️ download included unintended extra fields

Marketplace

  • ✅ Fixed: Occasional unavailability when making referrals

  • Invoicing

    • ✅ Fixed: Individual names showing instead of service provider names
