If you are having errors sending notes to EMIS, it means that action is required by you or your practice manager. You may notice that you have several items on your "Clinical Systems" page of Joy, this guide will explain whether this is a problem, and what to do if it is.
Step 1: Check your clinical system login details via the 'My organisation' tab
To check your clinical system login you need to:
Click on your name π
βPress 'Edit clinical system login' π
βMake sure you have green ticks next to each integration
βPress 'Test Connection'π - the green tick should still appear
β
β If you do not have green ticks next to each integration you will need to update your details. It is a good idea to ask a colleague for help when doing this, as the passwords are usually the same.
Your username will usually be:
Your EMIS username for the GP surgery you are logging into
or:
JOYCONNECT or Pungo or APIUSER
Please note these are case-sensitive.
The password will be: Monday123
Step 2: Integrations
If you have green ticks on your clinical integrations page, you need to read the 'Error Details' box this can be found on the 'Clinical systems tab' next to the record which failed to send
The Error Details box will tell you what the problem is:
