How do I add a new custom wellbeing framework?

This guide will show you how to complete a wellbeing assessment for your patient so you can quantitively track their progress.

If you would like to track the overall change in your client's wellbeing your clients will need to complete a follow-up assessment.

You can select and send multiple follow-up trackers to a patient in a single action, either via text or email.

This wellbeing framework can be sent to clients via email or completed online.

Filling in the Personal Wellbeing Score (ONS4) will allow you to send the coded data back to the clinical system.
