📌 Note: Some wellbeing frameworks require a license, if you would like one of these added to your account (provided they are integrated with Joy), you will need to purchase a license and let us know. If you are unsure please email [email protected], and they will point you in the right direction.
How to Activate a Framework
Head to the ‘My organisation’ tab on the left-hand side of the case management software
Select ‘Wellbeing Frameworks’ 👇
Activate inactive frameworks by selecting the three little dots on the relevant framework 👇 in the top right-hand corner and then selecting ‘Activate’ 👇
Everyone in your organisation will now have this framework appear as an option in a client's wellbeing tab! 🎉
How to suspend a framework
Follow the steps above to find the relevant framework and select the three dots 👇 in the corner
Select 'Suspend' 👇 which should appear after clicking on the dots
You have now suspended that framework for everyone in your organisation! 🎉
