Head to the ‘My organisation’ tab on the left-hand side

Select ‘Wellbeing Frameworks’ 👇

Activate any inactive frameworks that you would like to complete by selecting the three little dots on the relevant framework 👇 in the top right-hand corner and then selecting ‘Activate’ 👇

Find the client you would like to complete a framework for by going to the 'Clients' tab and selecting their name
​

Head to their ‘Wellbeing’ tab 👇

Select ‘Create’ 👇 in the top right-hand corner
​

Select the framework you would like to complete and fill it out ✍️, including the date
​

Select ‘Save’ ✅
​

Then go to the 'Client record' tab and select the wellbeing framework answers within the record
​

You then should select 'Send to clinical record' 👇
​

This will pull up a pop-up where you can add SNOMED codes, add the relevant ones to you by ticking the box ☑️ next to the relevant code
​

Then press 'Send' ✅
​

You have successfully sent wellbeing data over to the clinical record! 🎉
