How do I send a Wellbeing Framework to the clinical record?

Create the Wellbeing Framework while you are with the client while choosing the option Complete Now

At the bottom of the page tick the box to Save to clinical record

Click 'Save'

This is how you send a Wellbeing tracker to the clinical record! 🎉

You will receive a notification when a client has completed a framework you sent to them.

Click on the notification tab and select the notification stating the client completed the questionnaire

This will open in the client record and scroll down to the record showing the filled in framework 👇

Finally, scroll down and select Send to clinical system 👇

You have now sent a wellbeing framework to a client clinical system! 🎉
