How to save a note back to the clinical system?

When you have written a note or received an email/text from a client, this guide will show you how to send this back to the clinical system

Step by step guide on sending a note to the clinical system

  1. Open the client case 🧑 where the note is you would like to file back

  2. Click on the record to open 👇

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the record and choose the clinical system you want to file the note back to 👇

  4. Click on Send to clinical system ✅

  5. Congratulations you have successfully sent a note back to the clinical system 🎉
