How can I retry sending information back to the Clinical Record, and check it is filing back?

This guide shows you how to check if you have any data that is waiting to send back, and thus hasn't send back to the clinical record.

Method One: From Clinical Systems

1. Click on 'Clinical systems' from the left-hand tab πŸ‘‡

2. From here, to resend the data click 'Retry this list' or 'Retry all attempts' πŸ‘‡, this will push back everything waiting to be sent and re-attempt to send back to the clinical record

3. You have now viewed and re-tried filing back errors on the 'Clinical systems' tab!

πŸ“Œ Note: Joy will retry to send your data back every hour if you have got any data sitting in the waiting to send list, please check that the record is being sent back to the right surgery. You can check this on the 'Clinical systems' tab.


Method Two: From within the 'Client Record'

You can also see in a 'Client record' if the clinical system has failed to send back their information.

  1. Go to the 'Client record' tab on the client page
    ​

  2. Press 'View' πŸ‘‡
    ​

  3. This will pull up the item(s) that failed to send and will have a recommendation as to why it might be failing
    ​

  4. You have now viewed clinical record errors from within the Client record! πŸŽ‰
