How do I add a SNOMED code to items to send back to the clinical record?

Method One: When creating a note, action, or contact

  1. Create a note, action, or contact within the client record

  2. Select ā€˜Send to clinical recordā€™ šŸ‘‡

  3. Ensure the proper GP surgery is chosen, then select ā€˜Saveā€™ āœ…

  4. Select ā€˜Add SNOMED CT codesā€™ šŸ‘‡

  5. Choose any relevant SNOMED codes ā˜‘ļø from the list, then select ā€˜Addā€™ šŸ‘‡

  6. Hit ā€˜Save and sendā€™ āœ…

  7. Your items will now be sent back to the clinical record with SNOMED codes attached! šŸŽ‰


Method Two: After creating a note, action, or contact

  1. Head to the ā€˜Client recordā€™ tab

  2. Select the item you would like to attach a SNOMED code to šŸ‘‡

  3. Select ā€˜Send to clinical recordā€™ šŸ‘‡ you may have to select the correct clinical record, then select 'Send'

  4. Choose any relevant SNOMED codes ā˜‘ļø from the list, then select ā€˜Sendā€™ āœ…

  5. You have now added SNOMED codes to the clinical record! šŸŽ‰
