How to Send Manually Logged Referrals Back to the Clinical Record?

Manually Log a referral 👇

Go to the 'Client Record' 👇 tab of the client you manually documented the referral of

Find the referral within the 'Client Record' and select it 👇
​

Scroll down until you can see 'Send to Clinical Record' 👇 and select it
​

Add any relevant SNOMED codes by searching for them 🔍, and then ticking the box next to the relevant code ☑️

Press 'Send to clinical system' 👇
​

You have now sent the manually documented referral back to the clinical record! 🎉
