How do I update the status of a manually logged referral or signpost?

  1. Select the client you would like to work with from the 'Client Cases' tab and click on the case name πŸ‘‡

  2. Then select the 'Services' tab πŸ‘‡
    ​

  3. Select the current status πŸš₯ of the referral (for example, 'Awaiting response' pictured below), this will open up a drop-down list with the available options
    ​

  4. Choose an relevant updated option πŸ‘‡, and it will auto-save
    ​

  5. You have updated the status of your referral! πŸŽ‰
