How do I update the status of a manually logged referral or signpost?

This article walks you through how to change the status of a manually documented referral, or a signpost.

  1. Select the client you would like to work with from the 'Client Cases' tab and click on the case name 👇

  2. Then select the 'Services' tab 👇

  3. Select the current status 🚥 of the referral (for example, 'Awaiting response' pictured below), this will open up a drop-down list with the available options

  4. Choose an relevant updated option 👇, and it will auto-save

  5. You have updated the status of your referral! 🎉
