📖 Learning: If you have referred to a service which is not on Joy, you can still document this referral and track it within the 'Services' tab, and gather data on it.
If there is no existing record for this service, you will have to create it within the case management software, which this article walks you through! You only need to do this once per service (for your whole organisation) as it will be saved in the system for future use (just search for it on the search bar).
Go to the 'Services' tab 👇 under the client who you would like to manually document the referral for
Select ‘Log referral’ 👇 in the top right-hand corner of the 'Services' tab
Select ‘Create a new service’ 👇 in the bottom of the pop up that appears
Add a specific weblink ✍️ to the service page and select ‘Next’ 👇
Search for the organisation that provides the service and select it 👇
Hit ‘Confirm’ 👇 once you have confirmed the organisation is correct
Fill in the service information ✍️ and select ‘Next’
Ensure at least one field of the service contact details ✍️ is filled out and the box beside it is ticked and select ‘Next’
Review the information given and select ‘Confirm and save’ ✅
You have created a new service! 🎉
