1. Go to services.thejoyapp.com and select the option to 'Sign up' π
2. Click the option to 'Sign up as an organisation' π (this means you can have multiple users within the same organisation who will have access to make and track referrals)
3. Fill out the relevant registration information βοΈ about your organisation, and ensure that the email you enter can accept referrals unless you plan to use multiple users
4. Once you are signed up to the platform, search for services π using the keyword search function, category filters and location search
5. To refer a client to a community service, click on a service to read more information about it, you can then select 'Make a referral' π or 'Signpost this service' π
6. If you select 'Make a referral' you will be required to fill in a referral form that will be sent directly to the service provider βοΈ
7. If you select 'Signpost this service' you will be sending the link with the service's information to the client via email for them to reach out to the service βοΈ
8. You will see a grey circle in the top right-hand corner with your initial, if you hover over this an options bar will drop down
9. Select 'Outbound referrals' π to see all the referrals that members of your team have made and use the 'Inbox' tab to communicate with the service providers
10. On the 'Outbound referral' page, you can see the name of the client, the service they were referred to and also the status of this referral
11. You can use the inbox tab to communicate with the service providers and follow-up any referrals that you have sent that are still awaiting response

12. Finally, the 'Dashboard' tab will capture all of the referrals that your team has made; this dashboard shows a graph of the most referred-to services and how many referrals have been made to each
13. You have successfully used the Joy Marketplace to make and manage onward referrals, and look at data surrounding these referrals! π
