π Note: For clinical safety reasons, we require referrals to be responded to within two weeks, otherwise they will be declined. If you do not respond to your referrals expediently, youβll get nudges from Joy. By responding to the referral in the email you receive, the referrer gets notified as to whether you have accepted/declined the referral and your response triggers the nudges from us to stop.
π‘ Hint: You can also accept inbound referrals via email, these will go into the inbox of the listing owner.
Go to services.thejoyapp.com
Click login π in the top right-hand corner
βLog in using your Joy login credentials (if you have forgotten your password, you can reset this using the 'forgot your password' option)
Once logged in you will be able to hover over your initial in the grey circle in the top right corner to drop down an options panel
From the options panel select 'Inbound referrals' π
This will open up all of the referrals that have been sent to your organisation, if you provide more than one service you will be able to see all referrals under this page
This page can show you the name of the patient, the name of the referrer, the service they have been referred to, the name of the organisation that referred the patient, the date the referral was submitted, the status of the referral
To accept the referral click on the name of the client π and this will open up all of the details of the referral
If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the option to either 'Accept' or 'Decline' π the referral
You can also send a follow-up message to the referrer using the message box at the top of this page π¬
You have now responded to a referral via the marketplace! π
