π Note: For clinical safety reasons, we require referrals to be responded to within two weeks, otherwise they will be declined. If you do not respond to your referrals expediently, youβll get nudges from Joy. By responding to the referral in the email you receive, the referrer gets notified as to whether you have accepted/declined the referral and your response triggers the nudges from us to stop.
When a referral is sent to your service on the Joy Marketplace, the email address that is attached to the service will receive an email to notify them of this referral and also allow them to respond.
π‘ Hint: You can also accept inbound referrals via the Marketplace, these will go into the 'Inbound referrals' section under your options under your initials.
To check which email address is associated to the service - hover your mouse over your initial in the top right-hand corner and select 'My Listings' π
Check the email address associated with each service provided by your organisation by scrolling to the right to see 'Primary Email Address'
When a referral is received an email will land in the associated inbox with the title 'New Referral'

It will look like this:Select 'Respond now' π and a set of options will appear to allow you to respond to this referral
Select 'Accept referral' π
You have now accepted your referral! π
