You then should select 'View message' 👇, this will take you to a page where you can respond
Simply type your message and press 'Send reply' 👇
You have now sent a message via the Joy Marketplace! 🎉
Don't have access to that email, or didn't receive an email? No problem. You can also access your messages via the marketplace webpage.
Go to services.thejoyapp.com
Hover over your initial in the top right-hand corner
Select 'Inbox' 👇 (this will also show your number of unopened messages)
From here, select the referral 👇 you would like to send a message regarding
This will open the message thread (including the initial referral)
Type your message and press 'Send reply' 👇
You have now sent a message via the Joy Marketplace! 🎉
