To check the status of a referral sent from within the Joy GP Portal first open up a patient 🧑 within SystmOne or EMIS

Open up the Joy GP Portal 👇

Once on this page use the scroll bar to see the 'Active referrals' for this patient as well as their status

You have now checked the status of referrals from within the GP portal! 🎉

To check the status of a referral that you have made for a client firstly go to the 'Clients' tab on the case management system.

Click on the name of the client 🧑 who you made the referral for

Click on the 'Services' tab of the client profile 👇

Here you will be able to see if the service provider has accepted or declined the referral OR if you are still awaiting response from them under 'Status'

You have now seen the updated status of your referral on Joy! 🎉
