How do I make a referral through the Joy marketplace?

Select the Client 🧑 you would like to make the referral for by selecting their name on the 'Client Cases' tab

Go to the Active case you are working with

Go to the 'Services' tab under their name

Select the 'Referr' 👇 button which will take you to the Joy Marketplace

Use the 'search by keyword' 🔍 to search for appropriate services for referral

Specify the location where you require the service to be available
​

Optionally, you can narrow down your search by selecting relevant categories, and remember to click 'apply filter' to confirm

Find the service that you would like to refer the patient to, click on the service to find out more details or just directly click 'Refer now'👇

Ensure that 'I am referring someone else' is selected
​

Select the tick to confirm that you have checked the service access criteria ☑️

Fill in your relationship with the client e.g. service provider

Search the client's name 🔍, choose a client for whom you have saved details in your service, and their details will auto-populate the form

Select the reasons for the referral 👇

Tick the two boxes consent boxes ☑️, ensuring you have the relevant consent

Click 'Submit' 👇
