Select ‘Make referral’ 👇 in the top right-hand corner

Select the service you would like to refer your client to by searching the marketplace 🔍 for an appropriate option (you can filter by keyword, location, categories, and additional needs catered for)

Select ‘Make a referral’ 👇

Select ‘I am referring someone else’ 👇

Search for your client 🔍 by entering their name and date of birth or NHS number in the 'Find existing client' bar

Select the reasons 👇 why you are referring this client (you can select multiple)

Then select any additional needs 👇 your client has
​

Answer any additional custom questions that the service has added
​

Share some brief details regarding the referral ✍️

Tick the consent boxes ☑️ (provided you have the required consent from the person you are referring)

Hit ‘Submit’

You have referred your client to the service! 🎉
