How to use the Joy Heart within SystmOne
Retrieve a patient š§
Click on the Joy Icon š
This should open the Joy Portal home page, select a service and click 'Refer now' š
Complete the referral form āļø
āPlease note: if the patient doesnāt have an NHS number, data will be missing
Please include any and all information that is useful for the person receiving the referral
5. Tick the boxes āļø and click 'Submit' š
6. You have submitted your referral! š
Add the referral back to the clinical record
1. Customise the note āļø to be filed back to the patientās medical record
2. Select relevant SNOMED codes āļø
3. Press 'Add' š
4. Press 'Close' š
The status of the referral will be displayed here and will change when it gets accepted.
5. To exit the portal, please close your browser and go back to SystmOne
šCongratulations, you have now successfully used the Joy Heart! š
