Unblocking Joy on SystmOne

To ensure that Joy can connect to SystmOne, you will need to make sure that Joy is an approved piece of software.

šŸ“Œ Note: Whenever this pop-up is displayed in SystmOne it must be approved otherwise the integration will not work (pressing ā€œblockā€ or ā€œnot nowā€ will disable the integration ā˜¹ļø)


Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to ā€˜Setupā€™ šŸ‘‡ in SystmOne

  2. Select ā€˜Staff & Organisation Setup' šŸ‘‡

  3. Select ā€˜Mobile Working & Integrationā€™ šŸ‘‡

  4. Select ā€˜Device Managerā€™ šŸ‘‡

  5. Once here, you should see 3 files that say ā€˜Waiting for Approvalā€™, ā€˜Approvedā€™ and ā€˜Blockedā€™

  6. Click on the ā€˜Blockedā€™ šŸ‘‡ file

  7. Select the Joy record

  8. Right-click to open the options and then click ā€˜Approve Deviceā€™ šŸ‘‡

  9. There will be a final popup that will come up. Please press ā€˜Yesā€™ šŸ‘‡

  10. Well done, you have successfully approved Joy on SystmOne! šŸŽ‰

šŸ“Œ Note: Please tell everyone using this computer to press approve if the following popup is displayed - otherwise it will be blocked again! šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø (the pop-up will be displayed once for each person that uses SystmOne on this PC)
