Card Breakdowns

Services - Referrals Only

πŸ“– Learning: This filters for all referral records within the specified time period provided that:

  • The inviting org matches the person viewing the dashboard

  • The associated client hasn't been deleted

  • The service name is determined by matching the referral record to the:

    • Listing ID on the corresponding transaction for the referral, for normal marketplace referrals

    • Organisation services ID, for outbound referrals to own-org services

  • It then counts all the referrals tagged against each service name

Services - Signposts Only

πŸ“– Learning: This filters for all referral records within the specified time period, with a relevant status for signposts and then:

  • It checks records where the inviting org matches the person viewing the dashboard

  • It checks that the associated client hasn't been deleted

  • Determines the service name by matching the referral record to the:

    • MP service ID on the referral for signposts, which don't have associated transactions

    • Organisation services ID, for outbound signposts to own-org services

  • Counts all the signposts tagged against each service name

Services - Community Services

πŸ“– Learning: This card finds all referral records (including signposts) where the inviting organisation is the current viewing organisation and counts all records broken down by status. Any referral records assigned to deleted clients are not included.

We then display the total number of referrals, signposts (based on the different statuses that tell these apart) and sum them to give a total number.

Services - Top Services

πŸ“– Learning: This card looks at all the outbound referrals (and signposts) for the organisation within the time period specified, by looking at the invited_by_org_id field on the referral record.

We determine the service name by matching the referral record to the:

  • Listing ID on the corresponding transaction for the referral, for normal marketplace referrals

  • Organisation services ID, for outbound referrals to own-org services

  • MP service ID on the referral for signposts, which don't have associated transactions

We then count the number of outbound activities attributed to each service, and display these in descending order.

Services - Top Service Categories

πŸ“Œ Note: This is called service categories, but actually shows referral reasons. This does not show the category tag of the service that the client was referred or signposted to.

πŸ“– Learning: This card looks at all the outbound referrals (and signposts) for the organisation within the time period specified, by looking at the invited_by_org_id field on the referral record.

We then find the referral reason as listed in the why_like_to field, and count the number of times each reason occurs.

Services - Onward Referrals and Signposts

πŸ“– Learning: This card finds all of the outbound referrals and signposts sent by the viewing organisation using the invited_by_org_id field. This is based on a filter for referral and signpost records attributed to clients who are tagged against the viewing org i.e. a client must be owned (be a client) by the viewing organisation for their referral or signpost to be counted here.

We then find the total referral and signpost numbers based on the status of the record, and count the number of each per month.

This card excludes any referrals or signposts for clients that have been deleted within the CMS
