How do I find the Activity dashboard tab?

  1. Open up the Case management system at case.thejoyapp.com
    โ€‹

  2. Select the 'Dashboard' tab ๐Ÿ‘‡ on the left-hand side
    โ€‹

  3. Select the 'Activity' tab ๐Ÿ‘‡ from the options under the dashboard heading

  4. You should now be able to view your data! ๐ŸŽ‰


Card Breakdown

Activity - Client Touch Points

๐Ÿ“– Learning: This card finds all client records between the dates set on the dashboard and breaks them down by the type of contact, adding the total number of contacts of each type during the date range. Only records for clients who are assigned to the viewing organisation are counted here.

The totals are calculated using a different query to the 'Sample size' line which based on a separate query that simply finds all clients at the relevant organisation created within the filter dates.


Activity - Time Spent per Touch Point

๐Ÿ“– Learning: Similar to Client Touch Points, this card finds all client records between the dates set on the dashboard and breaks them down by the type of contact, adding the time spent on all contacts of each type during the date range. Only records for clients who are assigned to the viewing organisation are counted here.

The totals are calculated using a different query to the 'Sample size' line, which based on a separate query that simply finds all clients at the relevant organisation created within the filter dates.
