How do I find the Clients dashboard tab?

  1. Open up the Case management system at case.thejoyapp.com
    ​

  2. Select the 'Dashboard' tab πŸ‘‡ on the left-hand side
    ​

  3. Select the 'Clients' tab πŸ‘‡ from the options under the dashboard heading

  4. You should now be able to view your data! πŸŽ‰


Card Breakdowns

Clients - Additional Needs

πŸ“– Learning: This card finds all the cases created within the specified date range for all clients assigned to the viewing organisation that were also created within the date range.

We then find all of the additional needs tagged to the relevant case records and count the number of times each of them appears in the filtered list of cases.


Clients - Client Needs

πŸ“– Learning: This card finds all the cases created within the specified date range for all clients assigned to the viewing organisation that were also created within the date range.

We then find all of the key needs tagged to the relevant case records and count the number of times each of them appears in the filtered list of cases


Clients - Top 25 SNOMED codes

πŸ“– Learning: This card finds all the client records created within the specified date range for all clients assigned to the viewing organisation that were also created within the date range.

We then find all of the SNOMED codes tagged to the relevant case records and count the number of times each of them appears in the filtered list of cases.

πŸ“Œ Note: The sample size comes from a separate query that counts the number of clients created at that organisation within the date range, not linked to any client record activity.
