Access Your Service Listing
Method One (from within CMS):
Log in to the Case Management System
βGo to Services in the main menu and select 'My Organization's Services'
βFind the service you want to edit, click 'Get Link' π, then click 'Open Link' π to open it in the Joy Marketplace
βIt should now open your listing in a new tab for you! π
Method Two (From the Marketplace):
Open the Marketplace (https://services.thejoyapp.com/)
βLocate the search bar and type in the name and location of your service, this should bring it up on the marketplace

βIf you cannot find your service you should change the tab from 'Selected' to 'All Services' under the second location search bar
βYou then simply click on your service
βYou should then be able to access your service! π
Edit Your Service Listing
Once you have opened up your service, on the right, click 'Edit Listing' π
βUpdate details βοΈ, through typing in the necessary sections, such as:
Service title, description, website, criteria, categories, waiting list, keywords, location, images, and contact info
βClick 'Post Listing' π to submit for approval (approval typically takes 48 hours)
You have now edited your listing! π
Edit Your Referral Form
In the right menu, select 'Manage Service Referral Form' π
βClick 'Edit Form' π at the top right
βAdd or remove fields by checking or unchecking 'Self-Referral' and 'Professional Referral' βοΈ options (as appropriate)
βMake fields required or optional by toggling the settings
βYou have now edited your referral form! π
Edit Referral Reasons
π‘ Hint: If you only accept very specific reasons for referral you can avoid improper referrals by deleting inappropriate options. For example, if you are only providing mental health support to bereaved individuals, you may want to remove employment as a reason for referral.
Click 'View Options' π to add or remove referral reasons
βDe-select unwanted options or add new ones as appropriate by checking or unchecking the boxes βοΈ

3. You add custom options by scrolling to the bottom, selecting 'Add Option' π and then typing out the custom referral reason you would like to add

4. You have now edited the reasons for a referral! π
Add Custom Questions
Click 'Add Custom Question' π
βEnter the question βοΈ, select the response type (listed on the dropdown), and choose whether itβs required
βSelect the relevant form βοΈ (Self-Referral or Professional Referral)
βYou have now added a custom question! π
Save and Publish
Click 'Save and publish' β to finalise your updates
βYour service and referral form will be updated after approval (typically 24 hours)
βYou have now updated your referral form! π
