1. Log in to services.thejoyapp.com
2. Go to your service listing by hovering over the grey circle and clicking 'My listings' 👇 on the options panel
3. Select the listing you would like to edit by clicking on its name
4. Select 'Edit listing' (pencil icon) ✏️
5. Edit the service access criteria ✍️ of your service e.g. 18+, residents of Leicestershire
6. Select 'Post listing' 👇
7. This will then update and populate the referral form for your service with the service access criteria
Referrers or self-referrers will need to tick the following box to confirm they have checked the service access criteria before submitting their referral:
8. Your service access criteria are now updated (pending approval) and will be read by all referrers! 🎉
