Head to the ‘My organisation’ tab
Select the ‘…’ 👇 on the far right-hand side on the staff member who you would like to check the clinical connection of
Select ‘Edit clinical systems login’ 👇
For each practice, update the username and password using the user's credentials
Hit ‘Save’ ✅
The connection is successful when you see a green checkmark
You have now checked if a staff member is connected to clinical systems! 🎉
When a staff member's records are not filing properly, check their clinical system login is correct to ensure this isn't causing an issue.
