How to check if a staff member is connected to the clinical system

When a staff member's records are not filing properly, check their clinical system login is correct to ensure this isn't causing an issue.

  1. Head to the ‘My organisation’ tab

  2. Select the ‘…’ 👇 on the far right-hand side on the staff member who you would like to check the clinical connection of

    • If you cannot see the ‘…’ button, try holding ‘Ctrl’ and ‘-’ key at the same time to zoom out which should make it visible.

  3. Select ‘Edit clinical systems login’ 👇

  4. For each practice, update the username and password using the organisation's credentials ✍️

    If you have users already set up, the usernames and passwords will be the same. They could differ from practice to practice.


    🧑 One of these three is usually the username:

    1. APIUSER

    2. Pungo

    3. JOYCONNECT


      🔒 And the Password will be: Monday123

  5. Hit ‘Save’

  6. The connection is successful when you see a green checkmark

  7. You have now checked if a staff member is connected to clinical systems! 🎉
