To check your clinical system login, you need to: Click on 'My Organisation'
Click on the small 3 dots 👇 to the far right of your name (shown above)
Press 'Edit clinical system login' 👇
Make sure you have green ticks next to each integration (as shown below) ✅
✅ If you do not have green ticks next to each integration you will need to add in your details. It is a good idea to ask a colleague for help when doing this, as the passwords are usually the same.
Your username will usually be:
Your EMIS username for the GP surgery you are logging into
or:
JOYCONNECT or Pungo or APIUSER
The password will be: Monday123
Please note these are case-sensitive.
