How to add a new staff member

To add a new staff member to your organisation, simply follow this guide!

  1. Go to the 'My organisation' tab of the case management system

  2. Click on the blue 'New user' button 👇 in the top right-hand corner

  3. Fill in the relevant details about the new staff member ✍️ including selecting whether they are connecting to the EMIS or SystmOne clinical system, and other information such as their name, email address, and job description

  4. Select their role which you can find out more about here

  5. Click 'Save'

  6. You have successfully added a new team member to your organisation! 🎉
