There are 3 different types of roles that users on Joy will have (see below for what each role can do):

A person with User permissions can:
use all Case management features on Joy
only edit their own login details
see their own patients records that are waiting to send to the clinical system
2. Admin

A person with Admin permissions can:
edit the details of a User and Admin
suspend a User, Admin or Owner users
delete a User or Admin
Add a User or Admin
edit organisation details
see their own patients records that are waiting to send to the clinical system
3. Owner
3. Owner
A person with Owner permissions can:
add, remove, or edit a User and Admin
review all of the records in the 'waiting to send/retrieve' list for everyone within their organisation not just their own
Can see all of the inboxes of their team in the messages tab by using the name drop-down
click the 'retry' button on behalf of their colleagues to send the records back to the clinical system
Please note: when a person with Owner permissions clicks the 'retry' button on the records waiting to be sent, this person's name will appear as the Staff Member using Joy on the patient's clinical record.
You can view peoples roles under their name in the 'My organisation' tab:
Edit a user's permissions
You can edit these to allow different users to have different levels of access
Going to 'My Organisation'
βFind the staff member whose role you would like to edit
βSelect the three dots π next to their name

4. This will pull up a pop-up from which you should select 'Edit' π

5. This will open another page on which you can edit their information βοΈ, and most importantly here, their role, from here you simply use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate role for the user

6. Finally scroll down and select 'Save' β

7. You have now changed their role! π
