How to edit permissions for different roles within your organisation within the case management software

This article will show you how to change the actions each user type can perform within Joy Case Management.

πŸ“Œ Note: You must be a owner of a organisation to edit the permissions of each role.

  1. Go to 'My Organisation' πŸ‘‡ within the case management software
    ​

  2. Select 'Permissions' πŸ‘‡
    ​

  3. Tick the relevant actions you would like each position to be able to take β˜‘οΈ
    ​

  4. If you would like them to be reset to default you can select 'Reset to default' in the top right-hand corner
    ​

  5. Select 'Save' βœ…
    ​

  6. You have now edited the permissions for different roles for your organisation! πŸŽ‰
