📌 Note: Suspending a user will stop them being allowed to access your organisation in Joy, so make sure it is the correct course of action before suspending them!
1. Go to the 'My organisation' page
2. Click on the 3 dots next to the user's name on the right 👇
3. Then select 'Suspend user' 👇 from the drop-down of options, this user will then have all their rights on Joy taken away unless you decide to un-suspend the user
4. If you would like to un-suspend the user, you simply follow these steps however you select the button which will say (instead of suspend user) 'Re-Activate User'
5. You have now successfully suspended (and perhaps re-activated) a user! 🎉
