📖 Learning: A Master User is someone who has access to multiple Joy accounts across multiple organisations. This feature allows a user to easily jump from one organisation to another on the Case Management System.
Select your name 👇 in the top right-hand corner
Select the organisation 👇 you would like to switch to by clicking on it
You have now switched to a different organisation! 🎉
📌 Note: you can only work with clients in one organisation at a time. If you would like to swap organisations please close all other Joy tabs as you swap. This will also swap your log in for any new Joy tabs you open (including the marketplace) so make sure you are within the correct organisation when sending referrals.
