How do I use the client lists feature?

This client list feature can group clients with similar needs or characteristics into lists and perform bulk actions.

The client list feature allows you to group clients. For example, if you have a weight management program, you could add several clients to a weight management list, and streamline the process of providing care and interventions.

Navigating the Lists page

How do I access the Client Lists feature?

  1. Go to the Joy Case Management System
    ​

  2. Click on the 'Lists' button on the main menu
    ​

  • πŸ’™ My Lists (blue) - Here you can view all of the lists under your name
    ​

  • ❀️ All Lists (red) - Here you can view all of the lists in your organization
    ​

  • πŸ’› Archived Lists (yellow) - Here you can view any lists that have been archived


Using the Client Lists feature

πŸ“‹ How do I create a list?

1. Go to the Joy Case Management System

2. Go to 'Lists' πŸ“‹
​

3. Click on 'Create list' πŸ‘‡
​

4. Fill in the form ✍️

πŸ§‘ How do I add clients to a client list?

Method One: Adding clients from the Lists page

  1. Go to the Joy Case Management System
    ​

  2. Go to 'Lists' πŸ“‹
    ​

  3. Select the list that you would like to add client cases to
    ​

4. Select 'Add Client cases' πŸ‘‡
​

5. Search for πŸ” and select the clients you would like to add to the list
​

6. Click 'Add to List'
​

7. Those clients are now added to the list! πŸŽ‰

Method Two: Adding clients from the client case

  1. Go to 'Clients'
    ​

  2. Select the client you would like to add to a list πŸ‘‡
    ​

3. Click on the case you wish the add to the list

4. Go to the 'Account Icon' page
​

4. Scroll to lists and select the list you would like to add the client to

5. Click 'Save' βœ…

7. This client will now be added to the list! πŸŽ‰


πŸ—‘οΈ How do I archive and/or delete a list?

  1. Go to the Joy Case Management System
    ​

  2. Go to 'Lists' πŸ“‹
    ​

  3. Select the 3 dots πŸ‘‡ next to the list name
    ​

  4. Select to either 'Archive' the list as appropriate
    ​

  5. Click 'Save' βœ…
    ​

  6. You have successfully archived a list! πŸŽ‰
