How do I add a tag to a client and then search by tags?

Tagging a client allows you to further organise your client list, and record key information, and group patients even more easily!

📖 Learning: Tags are great as they allow you to group patients for data collection and filtering on Joy.

For example, you can filter by tags on the dashboard allowing you to further refine how you segment patient populations. You can also use them in conjunction with lists by tagging everyone in a certain list to easily group and sort different patients.
