How do I update the status of my client?

This article shows you how to update your client's status. This lets you, for example, discharge patients or move them off waiting lists.

  1. Select the patient 🧑 you would like to update

  2. Head over to the ‘Profile’ tab

  3. Under ‘Client status’ hit ‘Edit’ 👇

  4. Under 'Client status', click on the current status of the patient to view status options 👇

  5. Select your new client status 👇

  6. Hit ‘Save’ ✅ in the top right-hand corner

  7. You have updated the status of your client! 🎉
