How do I add a Tag in Client Cases

This guide walks through how to add a Tag to a client record in the new Client Cases functionality.

πŸ“ŒNote: This guide is only for customers who are using the new Client Cases functionality in the Joy Case Management System.

In the new Client Cases functionality, the process for adding a Tag to a Client record has changed. Follow these steps to add a Tag.

  1. Log in to your account at case.thejoyapp.com
    ​

  2. Click πŸ‘‡ on Clients in the main menu on the left
    ​

  3. Open the record of the client you want to Tag by clicking πŸ‘‡ on the name of the client
    ​

  4. Towards the top right of the screen, click πŸ‘‡ on the Account button
    ​

  5. In the window that slides out from the right of the screen, scroll down to the Client tags section
    ​

  6. Click πŸ‘‡ on +add
    ​

  7. Click πŸ‘‡ on the Tag you want to add from the list or click πŸ‘‡ on Manage tags to create a new tag
    ​

  8. Click πŸ‘‡ the X button at the top right of the list of tags to close out of this window

9. πŸŽ‰ Congratulations! You have now added a Client tag in the new Client Cases functionality.
