In the new Client Cases functionality, the process for adding a Tag to a Client record has changed. Follow these steps to add a Tag.
Log in to your account at case.thejoyapp.com
βClick π on Clients in the main menu on the left
βOpen the record of the client you want to Tag by clicking π on the name of the client
βTowards the top right of the screen, click π on the Account button
βIn the window that slides out from the right of the screen, scroll down to the Client tags section
βClick π on +add
βClick π on the Tag you want to add from the list or click π on Manage tags to create a new tag
βClick π the X button at the top right of the list of tags to close out of this window
9. π Congratulations! You have now added a Client tag in the new Client Cases functionality.
