πNote: This guide is only for customers who are using the new Client Cases functionality in the Joy Case Management System.
To send a text or email to a client in the new Client Cases functionality, follow these steps:
Log in to your account at case.thejoyapp.com
βClick π on Clients in the main menu on the left
βOpen the record of the client you want to send a text or email to by clicking π on the name of the client
βTowards the top right of the screen, click π on the Send email or Send text message button
βThis will open the compose text or email screen which will slide out from the right-hand side of the window
βWrite your email, and then scroll down and confirm if you want a copy of the message to go to the clients medical record (Save to clinical record) and if you want the client to be able to reply to your message (Include reply link)
βDouble check it is going to link the message to the correct Case at the very bottom of the compose message window
βOnce happy, click 'Send' in the top right of the window
9. Congratulations! You have now sent a text or email to your client. π
