When you are working with our support team, they may ask you to provide the Client ID number for a client in your Joy Case Management System. Here is a step by step guide to find the Client ID number when you are using the new Client Cases functionality.
Log in to case.thejoyapp.com
βIn the main menu on the left, click on Clients π
βSelect the Client from the list by clicking on their name π
βTowards the top right of the screen click on the Account button π
βIn the side window that pulls out, scroll down and hover over the Joy Client ID
βClick the copy icon π that shows to the right of the Client ID number
βSend this number to our support team by pasting into an email thread or the chat window
8. Congratulations! You have now sent the Client ID to our support team. π
