Can clients respond to my emails or texts?

Clients can respond to emails and texts. This page will help you to understand how this feature works.

  1. First, you will need to type up an email or text you would like to send ✍️

  2. Select the box at the bottom of the page to allow replies ☑️

  3. Hit 'Send' 📩

  4. Once a client responds you will be notified via the bell icon 🔔 and inbox icon 💬 on the top right-hand side of the page (you can also view all messages in the 'Messages' tab

  5. To view their response, click on the notification 👇, this will take you to the patient’s ‘Client record’ tab

  6. On the left-hand side, we can see an event stating that the client has responded

  7. On the right-hand side, you are able to view the response from the client, to view the previous messages in the conversation, select ‘View conversation’ 👇

  8. If you would like to respond, you can do this by going into the 'Messages tab' on the left-hand side of the page

  9. Now you are able to easily track your texts and emails with your client! 🎉


Here is what they will see:

When a client receives a text or email that you would like them to reply to, it will look like this:

Once they select the link to reply it will take them to this page:

Once they have submitted a response they will see this page where they are able to edit the response they have sent:

The response they have submitted will now be visible in the messages tab.
