π Learning: There are three ways you can see client's responses, so no message gets missed! If another staff member is out of office, both the messages tab and the inbox allows you to see their messages.
βοΈ The Inbox
To check whether a client has responded to your communications you can click on the 'Inbox' (a letter icon) βοΈ button which is visible on every page of the case management system in the top right corner:

π Notifications
You will also see any 'Notifications' (a bell icon) π showing if a client has responded to you. This will show up under the notification button positioned next to the inbox. It will show you the number of notifications you have in the top right corner at all times:

You can also check in the 'Messages' tab π¬ which has a log of your communications with clients:
