How do I edit a service from within the services tab?

This article walks you through how to edit a service from within the services tab.

Notice something wrong with a service? Maybe the date or time is wrong. You can edit the listing - even if you are not the one who posted it! This is super handy to ensure everyone is working together to keep the listings page up to date (unlike those old excel files you haven’t updated in a year)!

  1. Go to the 'Services' tab from within the Joy Case Management Software

  2. Select the ‘…’ 👇 on the right-hand side of the service you would like to edit, and select ‘Edit’ 👇

  3. Make the required changes to the service using the on-screen options ✍️

  4. Select ‘Save’

  5. You have updated the service! 🎉

💡 Tip: At the bottom of the listing, you can view when changes have been made and by who.
