Managing clients on the 'My clients' page

This guide will walk you through the various features and functionalities available on the My Clients page, helping you make the most of it.

The 'My clients' is a space where you can view all clients that have been assigned to you.


This page shows the following:

πŸ”΄ 1. Date of most recent referral (red)

🟑 2. The date of the next action with the client (yellow)
​

🟒 3. The date of the last action with the client (green)
​

🟣 4. Current client status (purple)
​

πŸ”΅ 5. Staff member/members assigned to the client (blue)
​

🟠 6. Priority level displayed I Red/amber/green flag (priority) (orange)
​

βšͺ 7. Small three dots at the far right will allow you to make edits (pink)

Filters

From this page you can filter your clients by:

  • Status

  • Triage status

  • Client Needs

  • Additional needs

  • GP surgery

  • Referrer organisation

  • Staff member

  • Client tags

  • Templates

How to apply filters:

  1. To apply filters, select 'Filter' πŸ‘‡ and select the boxes β˜‘οΈ corresponding to the clients you wish to view on the page

  2. Scroll to the bottom using the sidebar
    ​

  3. Click 'Apply' πŸ‘‡
