Method One: Prioritise Clients in inbound referrals

  1. Click on ‘Inbound Referrals’ 👇

  2. In the column second from the right, you will see ‘Priority’ where next to each patient’s name there is a flag

  5. Low, medium or high will show by clicking on the flag in the top right-hand corner

  6. You can then select the corresponding status for the client depending on their priority, you can also leave it blank (grey) if you do not triage patients
