📌 Note: You should only need to find your device ID if support have asked for it.
Open file explorer, and locate the yellow folder icon on your toolbar at the bottom of the screen, click on it to open File Explorer 👇
Alternatively, you can open the Start Menu and click on the 'Documents' icon
In the File Explorer window, look for your C Drive in the left-hand menu, it may be labeled as 'Local Disk' or something similar, but it should have '(C:)' in the name
Click on the C Drive '(C:)' 👇
Look for the 'Joy' folder 👇 inside the C Drive and open it
Inside the 'Joy' folder, find and open the 'JoyService' file 👇
Inside the 'JoyService' file, you’ll see an alphanumeric code, this is your Joy Device ID
Copy the code
Paste the Joy Device ID into an email 📧 and send it to your Customer Success Manager or [email protected]
Your Joy Device ID is now ready to be shared! 🎉
