In the windows search, type '%localappdata%' 🔍
Open the file folder that appears
Search and select the folder named 'JoyConnect' 👇
Select 'Logs' 👇
Open the most recently updated version 👇 of the logs based on the date modified
Copy the logs and send them over to [email protected] 📧
You have now found the log file for JoyConnect! 🎉
