When you are working with our support team, they may ask you to provide the Client ID number for a client in your Joy Case Management System. Here is a step by step guide to find the Client ID number when you are using the new Client Cases functionality.
Log in to case.thejoyapp.com
In the main menu on the left, click on Client Cases 👇
Select the Client from the list by clicking on their name 👇
Next to the name is the Client ID which you can copy and paste
5. Congratulations! You have now sent the Client ID to our support team. 🎉
